Our mission is to maintain high quality childcare at an affordable cost with the children’s best
interests and developmental needs in mind.

Vision

Faith Temple Church Daycare exists to provide a safe, developmentally inclusive environment for infants, toddlers, preschool, and school age children. Our goal is to provide a happy, safe, nurturing, and stimulating early learning experience which promotes each child’s social/emotional, physical and cognitive development
as they grow in character education.

Commitment of Communication

We believe that good communication is the heart of a successful center. Each parent should feel free to talk to the director or operator at any time. Your interests and concerns are appreciated. We strive to communicate our goals, policies, and objectives clearly to our parents. Parental comments will be handled sincerely and professionally.

We believe When parents are looking for an early learning childcare program,

the office to the classroom, from our business decisions to our interactions with parents, children and co-workers, we conduct ourselves with honest and

We believe all children deserve high-quality care and learning programs that meets the needs of young children. We work together to provide a happy safe, nurturing environment. Our goal is to provide a positive learning experience and environment that facilitates academic readiness, lifelong success, and growth in character education.

We believe respect is essential to building effective relationships. We value each other, children, families, the learning environment and the wider community. Respecting ourselves is at the heart of respecting others. By respecting and loving ourselves, we teach others to treat us the same. Respect is a two-way street; we are
more likely to be shown respect if we show it first. We listen and value the opinion of others, even when we do not agree with them. We demonstrate this by ensuring people feel heard and understood. Respect is about treating each other equally as
we would want to be treated ourselves. By showing respect, we are role models for our colleagues, the children, families and the broader community.

Fun

We believe in creating a sense of enjoyment through positive experiences. We value fun. We take every opportunity to create fun in everyday activities, and in how we celebrate our successes and important events. Fun energizes us–it fuels our connection with each other. It helps us to deal with the pressures and
challenges we face as individuals and as a team. We learn and develop faster when we are having fun. We take fun seriously!
